Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Piservo, as data controller, processes personal data collected through the piservo.com website and its contact form, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, organisation, work e-mail, phone number
• Request details: the topic and products you select and the content of your message
• Security: the date and time you submit the form and your IP address

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to respond to demo, pricing and information requests, to schedule the related call and to protect the form against abuse, based on Articles 5/2-c (entering into a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

Transfers

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only with our e-mail and hosting providers, to the extent required to provide the service and with appropriate safeguards.

Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically via the website form or e-mail and kept for up to two years after your request is concluded.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to info@piservo.com.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical records required for the site to work are kept.
